Arborists need to “speak the language” when it comes to communicating tree needs to engineers, architects, landscape architects, and other disciplines. This presentation will explain how to communicate these needs with other professionals in language that will help them understand.
Carol Kwan has a diverse background with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and a MBA degree. She worked for about 20 years in construction and development as an engineer before becoming a Certified Arborist in 2003 and working as a consulting arborist in her own business. Her specialties include tree protection and preservation plans, monitoring of trees during construction, arborist reports and recommendations, diagnosis, and tree risk assessments.
