WCISA Past President Helen Stone discovered yoga late in life and never looked back. She became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2019 and now shares her love of breath and movement with students at Hayfork Yoga Center in Northern California. She teaches Ananda-style yoga, which uses body alignment, mindfulness, and affirmations to create a gentle practice that anyone can enjoy.
